Makael LeBlanc Death, Obituary – The Denham Springs, Louisiana, community is mourning the loss of Makael LeBlanc, beloved wife, mother, entrepreneur, and friend, who passed away on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at the age of 40. Known for her boundless energy, infectious laughter, and unwavering dedication to her family and community, Makael leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and inspiration that will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

As the proud owner of Emeris Salon Suites, Makael built more than a successful business—she created a welcoming space where relationships flourished, dreams were encouraged, and people felt valued. Her entrepreneurial spirit reflected the same determination, independence, and passion that guided every aspect of her life.

For those fortunate enough to know her, Makael was truly one of a kind. She approached life with enthusiasm and purpose, embracing every opportunity for adventure, connection, and personal growth. Whether she was traveling to a new destination, spending time with loved ones, or pursuing a new goal, she did so wholeheartedly, bringing her signature energy and positivity wherever she went.

Friends and family often described Makael as the life of the party. Her vibrant personality had a way of drawing people together, creating an atmosphere of warmth, joy, and celebration. For fifteen wonderful years, she shared a loving partnership with her husband, AJ LeBlanc, building a life centered on family, faith, and cherished memories.

Together, Makael and AJ created a home filled with love, laughter, and adventure. They treasured traveling together and making memories with their daughters, Brynlee Layne LeBlanc and Lainee Kate LeBlanc. Family trips, celebrations, and everyday moments became treasured chapters in a story of love that will continue to inspire those who knew them.

Makael was deeply committed to raising her daughters with strength, confidence, compassion, and resilience. She believed in preparing them not only for life’s challenges but also for its joys, teaching them through her example the importance of kindness, determination, and authenticity. The lessons she imparted and the love she shared will remain guiding lights throughout their lives.

Those closest to Makael often spoke about her remarkable generosity. She consistently placed the needs of others before her own and never hesitated to help someone in need. She is survived by her loving husband of 15 years, AJ LeBlanc; her cherished daughters, Brynlee Layne LeBlanc and Lainee Kate LeBlanc; her parents, MeLissa Burge, Darin Burge, and Patrick Ducote; her maternal grandmother, Kathleen “Nana” Guillot; sister Alicia Burge; brothers Kolby Ducote and Corey Burge and his wife Valerie; her parents-in-law, Rhonda and Greg LeBlanc; sisters- and brothers-in-law; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends who will forever treasure her memory.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Earl “Pops” Guillot, and her paternal grandparents, Mansel Ducote and Bertha Ducote.

Family and friends are invited to honor and celebrate Makael’s life during a visitation at Brandon G. Thompson Funeral Home, located at 7738 Florida Boulevard in Denham Springs, on Sunday, June 14, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. until the memorial service at 3:00 p.m.

As loved ones gather to remember Makael LeBlanc, they do so with heavy hearts but also with gratitude for the extraordinary life she lived. Though her time on earth was far too brief, the love she shared, the memories she created, and the lives she touched ensure that her spirit will continue to shine brightly.

She will be remembered as a devoted wife, a loving mother, a successful business owner, a loyal friend, and a woman whose kindness knew no bounds. Her legacy of compassion, strength, joy, and love will endure for generations to come.
